The Story We Want to Tell

My name is Sport.   This website/blog is basically my story.  I am not one to presume that anyone would want to or need to read this.  However, I, like you, have a story to tell.  I believe that Creator has a story to tell.  Creation itself tells a story. Story is the conduit connecting  the energy between Creator/Creation/Us.

My story is about Creator caring for me (my soul) through creation.

My only full color/full sensory memories in my life are from Panama until age 12, growing up as Sport

The only exception to this since that time is when I have walked into the wild.

When my oldest, Nathan, was four-years-old, he and I went on our first camping trip together.  For a week or two we camped by the White River, at the base of Mount Ranier.  For twelve consecutive years we went on what we called, "Daddy and Nathan's Most Excellent Adventures" for a week or two each summer.

Similar Most Excellent Adventures with Bethany and Noah as they grew old enough made for quite the summers.

About six years ago, I fled to the mountains every possible moment that I could create, to sit by a fire, breath in the smoke, walk in the woods, next to the sound of two rivers, in a cedar grove.   I only knew that I NEEDED to be there.   I will forever identify this place and this time as a Divine tool in the healing of my spirit.  It was while wandering the mountains that I explored, listened, discovered and found my soul, or at least clues to its where about.  I am including posts related to Soul Care

(all though it all has been Soul Care).

The time I have (am still) taking to reconsider my story with curiosity has led me to see that peace with oneself is the pathway to peace in the world, and that peace in the external world around you without peace with yourself is no peace at all.

Slowly, people who are seeking peace are contacting me about taking them away “to peace”, which to them means in the remote mountains, along flowing rivers in a remote (sparsely populated) part of Montana.  I guide them on paths, help them to sit near waterfalls out of ear-shot of the world, or even myself-their guide. I am including posts of Wilderness Excursions with them.  These peace-seekers and others who followed my public posts of my Panama Walk-A-Bout Journals on Face Book, have expressed a desire for more story.  Story that is true.  Story set in nature.

Story that illustrates my relationship to Spirit via the earth.

I will share stories with pictures, of what and how I have been cared for, taught, raised up by being immersed in creation.

I will post occasionally, and if you would like to scroll through the TIMELINE (look for the 3D button) read what captures your attention, this will be a holding place for them.

Follow along if you like.  Scroll through the TIMELINE under the BLOG tab, not complete of course.  More is to come. You will eventually find my story loosely organized under

Growing Up Sport, Most Excellent Adventures, Soul Care and Wilderness Excursions
